Nichole Bachand

Nichole comes to ACEDC as a 28-year factotum having worked in a wide array of environments with roles committed to office operations, sales, and customer service management, business and program development, event and fundraising management, as well as marketing and communications.

Nichole prefers employment that includes direct service with the public, working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and is a natural at developing meaningful connections with businesses and individuals. As an accomplished solutionist, she is rich with resources and is dedicated to assisting wherever needed.

In 2023, Nichole co-founded Pawsitive Connection Animal Rescue in Bristol. She is also Project Manager for a non-profit, Trail Run 4 Recovery, that she originally developed in 2022 with its founder as a fundraising event for the Turning Point Center. 

Nichole is a native Vermonter and as a resident of Addison County she’s eager to support local economic growth.
