Nichole Bachand

In 2024, Nichole joined ACEDC, bringing with her 28 years of experience in various roles focused on office operations, including sales and customer service management, business and program management, event planning, fundraising, and marketing and communications.

She prefers roles that involve direct interaction with the public, engaging with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Nichole excels at building meaningful connections with both businesses and individuals. As a skilled problem solver, with a wealth of resources, she is dedicated to providing assistance wherever needed.

In June 2023, Nichole co-founded Pawsitive Connection Animal Rescue, a non-profit dog rescue located in Bristol.

A native Vermonter and currently a resident of Addison County, Nichole is enthusiastic about supporting the local community and contributing to its economic growth.
