The Addison County Job Seeker Survey was conducted by the Addison County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC) in partnership with the Vermont Department of Labor’s Workforce Expansion Program (WEP).
The initiative brings employers, educators, and community partners together to strengthen workforce participation, connect job seekers facing barriers with employment opportunities, and improve local career pathways. In Addison County, the program focuses particularly on youth ages 16–24, people with disabilities, and adults without a high school diploma.
