1st Shift Schedule:
• This position is for 1st shift.
• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do:
• You will work under general supervision with little daily instruction and general guidance for new assignments.
• You will follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure adherence to product specifications and tolerance levels.
• You will troubleshoot and modify hardware, fixtures, and software as needed.
• You will perform functional testing according to part-specific, pre-established test procedures.
• You will monitor tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
• You will utilize measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify systems and components/assemblies.
• You will maintain accurate production records and report any issues while following standard procedures.
• You will interpret data and accurately record time changes, test data, parts usage, etc.
• You will operate and maintain microelectronic, electronic, optical, and electro-optical equipment, including computers and lasers.
• You will provide technical solutions to engineering challenges.
• You will ensure systems and components meet established specifications.
• You will rework, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems, components, and assemblies as needed.
• You will assist engineering teams in the design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and prototypes (including wire and insert parts).
• You may be trained and/or certified in multiple skills.
• You will mentor, and train new technicians as needed.
• You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• You will read and follow detailed procedures, routing instructions, and other work instructions accurately.
• You will utilize mechanical measuring devices properly.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.
