This free, one-day workshop is an introduction to a method of strategic thinking designed to help organizations habitually achieve excellent results. Practice strategic thinking in small groups through short simulations, followed by discussions of how you and others went about completing the exercise.

About Workshop Leader, Mike Palmer: 

For over 30 years, Mike Palmer has practiced and taught strategic negotiation and conflict resolution to senior executives in multinational corporations, managers in small teams, heads of government agencies, and college students and community leaders. Having studied the arts of negotiation and mediation at Harvard Law School, Mike has written books and articles on the subject, including Win Before Trial, and is currently working on Getting it Done Together: A Guide to Thinking and Doing in Organizations.
