Summit Properties will host its second public information meeting on Wednesday, September 7 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at the Middlebury Town Offices regarding the development of the parcel at 51 Seminary Street Ext. 

Summit Properties previously held a first public information session on Monday, June 27 to introduce the mixed-income housing development vision at a high-level and receive input and feedback from the community. Summit Properties has taken that and other ongoing community feedback and will use the second meeting to introduce preliminary conceptual plans and seek further feedback. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A. 

Summit Properties is a Vermont housing provider of mixed-income communities that got its start in Middlebury in the 1980s. Since then Summit has developed over 1,000 apartments—and currently manages over 1,400 apartments—of mixed-income housing. Summit looks forward to building on that tradition and experience to create a neighborhood that meets the needs of working families and that the community will be proud of for generations.
