Cultivating Food Sovereignty through Community: Dinner & Film Screening
This spring, ACORN, Addison Allies, Viva el Sabor and Middlebury College students have collaborated on two senior capstone projects focused on the newly opened ACORN Food Hub and potential community commercial kitchen project.
Learn about their work together and support food sovereignty initiatives happening in our community.
Please register if you plan to attend so they have an accurate headcount for Viva El Sabor chef Magnolia who will be selling her delicious chicken and vegetarian tamales and tacos de barbacoa. There will also be a screening of the recently released short documentary Sabor y Amor, filmed by Middlebury College student directors, and featuring Viva El Sabor chef Alejandra.
There is no cost to attend, but donations are appreciated. All donations will go towards the continued development of the ACORN Food Hub + Community Commercial Kitchen.
