We are seeking a Production Operator for our second shift at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. The Production Operator is responsible for the production of the company's products within prescribed specifications and efficient machine operation. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating production machines each day according to established procedures, minimizing waste, inspecting equipment and product, maintaining an adequate supply of operating materials for production, maintaining tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.

2nd Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am

Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent plus experience in manufacturing or production; strong communication skills; reading skills; technical skills; a mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis required. Forklift experience is a plus.
