Clothier/Gear Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our growing powersports apparel and gear department. Applicants must have fabulous customer service skills and an interest in working with our customers on a one-on-one basis to find the best style and performance for their needs. The specialist will offer personal fittings for casual clothing for fashion to riding apparel and helmets for performance. A sense of style, willingness to self-educate and be up to date on product offerings will make you known as this region’s best gear specialist and stylist for the powersport enthusiast.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a compelling and appealing retail environment
- Set appointments for personal fittings
- Work with marketing on campaigns, offerings and social media content
- Greet all customers immediately, provide excellent customer service to all of the dealerships customers, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise, offer additional product that compliments the purchase, take special orders, offer product knowledge
- Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
- Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain inventory including ordering, warranty, and returns
- Follow the Cyclewise Path process for customers purchasing bikes. Present your department, make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of motorcycles
- Attend training sessions to keep current with product knowledge, sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory control issues.
- Receive and process merchandise from distributors, check merchandise received against purchase invoice, log merchandise into inventory, and prepare product for showroom floor.
- Assist with set-up, organization, and staging of special events such as Open Houses, workshops, fashion shows, etc.
- Fulfill online orders, upload and maintain online products
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
