VOBA Sixth Annual Outdoor Economy Summit and Member Meeting

VOBA's sixth annual gathering will bring together 125 outdoor businesses, organizations, education and service providers, funders, and policymakers from around the state for networking, education, and business development.

Speakers and workshops will:

• Highlight the economic and social impact of the fast growing outdoor economy in Vermont communities;
• Discuss data and strategies that advance equity, climate resilience, innovation and sustainability, and career pathways;
• Provide technical assistance in business strategy, financing, and marketing; and,
• Facilitate partnerships and policy in conservation, recreation, and equity.

The agenda includes:

• A ceremony for the fourth annual Patrick Leahy Trailblazer Legacy Award honoring the historical and long-lasting contributions of industry leaders;
• Presentations by Vermont entrepreneurs in the first annual Outdoor Pitch Fest;
• Networking opportunities during the coffee, lunch, and closing reception; and,
• Outdoor explorations on Mt Peg.
