Veteran Access to the Federal Surplus Property Program

Veteran-owned small businesses can access federally owned personal property no longer in use through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program (GSAXcess).  This workshop assists Veterans  with navigating how to qualify and take advantage of the GSAXcess program and obtain surplus property for their businesses.
