Workshop

As a leader, you are tasked with influencing, motivating and enabling others to contribute towards organizational success. Your ability to guide individuals and groups is a significant factor that influences morale, productivity, turnover, and the overall health of your workplace. To help you succeed as a leader, we hope you’ll join Adaptiva HR for a more advanced, and yet just as engaging and practical series of workshops which builds on the introductory topics you learned in Management & Leadership 101.

The 2.0 series explores more in-depth essential knowledge and tools that often are not directly developed despite advancement into supervisory roles. Topics include:

  • How to develop psychological safety at work

  • Motivating employees through concepts of autonomy, mastery, and purpose

  • Dealing with challenging employee behavior and how to have those hard conversations

  • Best practices for employee growth and development via a two-way holistic performance management process & system.

The online workshops are interactive with time built in for break-out rooms, large group discussions, personal reflections, and practice time for new skills.

This series is great for anyone who leads others and would like to further develop their skills, learn more about their own leadership strengths and struggles, and gain a multitude of practical tools and resources. We draw heavily from the “real world” experiences of participants, so come prepared to share your own ideas and be inspired by others in the group.

While completing Management & Leadership 1.0 is not a requirement, having an introductory background in leadership topics will help as this is not a beginner workshop.
