This training will include opportunities for reflection and learning, presents strategies for undoing inequity, and offers guiding pillars to help guide transformation.
This “Recognizing Structural Oppression & Responding to Identity-Based Harm” training is NOT a substitute for organizational transformation – but it will provide opportunities for reflection and learning, presents strategies for undoing inequity, and offers some guiding pillars to help guide transformation.
This session won’t bring about transformation on its own – that part is up to YOU! But, it is a great place to start or continue your JEDI journey as we learn to recognize and respond to identity-based harms.
