Quality and Compliance Officer

This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ethical standards, and effective clinical care. It’s a fast pace job that encompasses a great deal, including analyzing data and communicating insights, setting direction, developing programs and policies, and participating in risk management efforts. This position also helps conduct investigations, manage grievances and appeals, and responds to incident reports as needed.  

 

Our ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a field related to mental health care, physical health care, or quality and compliance experience. Other requirements include knowledge of applicable regulations (like HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Stark), experience in administering information privacy laws, strong data skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
