Stone Mill Project Grand Opening

Enjoy Mad Taco, local goods, a coworking space, and luxuries lodging at new Stone Mill Project

This weekend, Community Barn Ventures had its grand opening for the Stone Mill Project in Downtown Middlebury. Designed and created by Stacey Rainey and Mary Cullinane from Community Barn Ventures, the Stone Mill Project boasts a multitude of offerings.

Are you looking for a quick bite to eat? Check out the European style salads and sandwiches at the Arcadian 2GO or for more exotic cuisine; Mad Taco provides farm-fresh ingredients and delicious craft beer.

The retail space, The Stone Mill Public Market, includes items from Dedalus Wine & Cheese, Slate Home, The Vermont Book Shop, and a personally curated selection of local goods chosen by Rainey, and Cullinane. Royal Oak has also opened a 2nd location in the market, The Lost Monarch, to serve a range of caffeinated goods.

You can find a quiet place to work with high-speed internet, scanning and printing services, and a modern conference room in The Stone Mill @Work space. The space supports freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creatives with both general membership and two private offices.

Lastly, the Stone Mill provides a luxurious lodging space for visitors to enjoy their stay in Middlebury. The Rooms at The Stone Mill has four bedrooms with queen size beds, a private en suite bathroom, individual temperature control, and a common area.
