Maple Landmark Expansion

Addison County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC) member Maple Landmark Woodcraft of Middlebury recently expanded with over 11,000 square feet of new space. Fellow ACEDC member Bread Loaf Corporation, also of Middlebury, provided integrated project management services for design and construction of the new space. Maple Landmark is now renovating its existing space for new and streamlined uses, such as packaging and shipping. Funding from the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) provided some assistance for construction and new equipment for this $2 million project.

Maple Landmark, a manufacturer of eco-friendly, educational wooden toys, games and gifts sells products to more than 2,200 gift shops and toy stores throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Maple Landmark’s recent expansion gave the company 11,300 square feet of new ground-level space, shown here.
