ACEDC Selected as Finalist for VPIC
On July 6, a consortium of Addison County stakeholders submitted a proposal to the Vermont Phosphorus Innovation Challenge (VPIC). There were 27 proposals submitted, vying for a total of $250,000 for up to five projects. On August 6, we were informed that our proposal was one of 12 selected to make live presentations to the evaluation committee. On September 6, representatives from the Addison County consortium presented to the evaluation committee. Winning proposals will be selected by the end of September. If selected, the consortium will receive up to $50,000 to implement the proposal over the next year. For more on the Vermont Phosphorus Innovation Challenge, click here.
